1607. Millard Ernest Browning was born in 1921 in Barnabus, Logan Co., WV. He lived in Dalzell, SC on 15 June 2006. He died on 9 January 2007 at the age of 86 in St. Francis Hospital, Charleston, SC. Millard was buried on 12 January 2007 in Florence National Cemetery, Florence SC. He was an acountant with Exide Battery. He served in the military US Air Force WWII.

Millard Ernest Browning and Edith Bayless Browning were married. Edith Bayless Browning died after 2007.
