William Edgar Curry, son of George Ransom Curry and Amanda Thompson, was born on 20 November 1894 in Logan Co., WV. He died on 3 December 1938 at the age of 44 in Holden, Logan Co., WV.^38,44 He was buried on 6 December 1938 in Ellis Cemetery, Verdunville, Logan Co., WV. William served in the military in WWI Draft Registration.⁸⁵ He was also known as Edward Curry.⁸⁵
